RAEETH offers product exchanges only. We do not promise product returns or product refunds, and there is no fixed return window stated here.
Call our published support contact with your Order ID and explain the issue. Exchange requests are reviewed and arranged manually by our team. Do not send an item back before speaking with us and receiving instructions.
Our team may review an exchange for an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts or accessories, or different from the item ordered. Any exchange is subject to review, available replacement stock, and the item being kept in the condition requested by our team. We do not guarantee approval or replacement availability.
This product exchange policy is separate from a payment failure or a payment captured for an order that cannot be fulfilled. Those cases are reviewed through the payment process; contact support and do not pay again while a payment review is open.
