Cancellations are only permitted if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please email us immediately at support@raeeth.in with your Order ID to request a cancellation.
RAEETH offers exchanges only; we do not promise returns or refunds for product purchases. To ask about an exchange, call our published support contact so our team can review the order and arrange the exchange manually. See our Exchange Policy for the conditions.
We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery timelines vary by location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Please call our published support contact with your Order ID and details of the issue. Our team will review the order and, where appropriate, arrange an exchange manually. Please keep the item, packaging, and order information available for that review.
